8.2 The meeting reviewed the terms of reference for future committee meetings. Members are asked to submit their proposals to The Philippines for discussion at the next meeting.
8.3 Malaysia presented a proposal to hold a workshop meeting on the ASEAN- OSRAP. This proposal appears as Attachment C. The meeting agreed that the workshop be hosted by The Philippines and held immediately after the OSPAR Committee Meeting.
8.4 Japan presented a paper for the follow up of the OSPAR Project. This report appears as Attachment D. They proposed that they will consider providing assistance if necessary to the ASEAN countries. The Chairman also commented that it would not be necessary to set up a separate Policy Board proposed by Japan since the OSPAR Management Committee Meeting decides on the policies on Oil Spill Equipment.
8.5 The next OSPAR Management Committee Meeting will be held in Manila, The Philippines in l997.
